February 5, is Safer Internet Day. Google has put together a fun game, called Interland, that explores several topics: Kind Kingdom (where it's cool to be kind), Reality River (don't fall for fake), Mindful Mountain (share with care), and Tower of Treasure (secure your secrets).
This link takes you to a video for the teacher:
This link takes you to the Kingdom of Interland for students to play and learn:
I played Kind Kingdom and it would be appropriate for any age. There is reading at the very end, but other than that part, you don't need to be a reader to play. Reach out if you have any questions!
I am so excited about Schedule Email, a Chrome extension that lets me, you guessed it... schedule when my emails are sent. In the past, I used another extension called Boomerang, but it was a bit clunky and I wasn't surprised when it stopped working altogether. Schedule Email is easy to use and once you install it, you just click on the clock icon next to the send button and choose a time in the future. It does exactly what its title describes and no more, which is exactly what I was looking for! Try it out today by visiting https://www.schedule-email.com/ and check your inboxes for scheduled emails from me in the future!
